More now than ever we hope you and your loved ones are safe and well. After a long four months of lockdown, we’re excited to be restarting work again. We can’t wait to see you and thank you for your continued support and loyalty during this difficult period.
As life begins to return to some normality, we want to reassure you that the safety of our customers and teammates remains the highest priority while still providing the quality and great service Amplified Sound is known for.
We have been working hard to welcome everyone back safely; we’re sanitising equipment on return and we’ve made PPE, such as masks and gloves, available to all our engineers whilst we adjust to working within the latest Government guidelines.
We hope these measures reassure you that we take the safety of customers and engineers very seriously. Our teams will be able to help with any worries or concerns you may have and we look forward to seeing you at an event soon!

COVID-19 JUNE UPDATE FROM THE AMPLIFIED SOUND TEAM.
We hope this message finds you well during these challenging times. We trust that you all remain in good health and as active as you can be at the moment.
As you’d expect, with Coronavirus still posing a threat to people’s health and lives, we’re continuing to prioritise the personal safety of our customers and colleagues.
With the Government’s recent advice on the next stages of lockdown, we have been reviewing our position whether to restart normal working or not. After a lot of thought, we’ve decided to increase office hours to include all weekdays. But rest assured, if you require our services at weekends, we will be happy to make ourselves available.
Our email firstname.lastname@example.org is checked daily, so please do contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Keep an eye on our website for news of when we’re able to increase our working hours to seven days per week.
Due to the social distancing advice from the Government, only a single engineer will be attending your site at the present time. If the public health social distancing measures have been relaxed by the date of your event, two engineers can attend if required.
We will update you further about any changes in our service. Until then – stay well, enjoy the sunshine and we really look forward to seeing you again soon.

This is an uncertain time for everyone and we understand the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic is affecting everyone differently. We’re doing our best to keep a sense of normality and progress against a very challenging backdrop, but across the industry all events and gatherings have been suspended indefinitely and so we are unable to continue to operate as usual.
Please be aware though, that this could change at any moment. We’re very thankful for your continued support as we realise that Public Address (PA) supply isn’t ‘essential’ at this difficult time, so we are extremely grateful for your future custom and updates.
Although the situation is changing day-to-day, we’re staying up to date with events as best we can. Following the Government’s latest advice around social distancing and the need to protect the most vulnerable in our society by asking them to stay at home, we need to change the services we offer currently.
Like you, we’ve had to make some adjustments and we’ll keep you updated on these moving forwards:
• All Sound Engineers have been given a leave of absence, and Bobbie and Ronald have been furloughed.
• To help us sustain our service to you, Barrie will still be on hand to answer any queries, either via email to email@example.com or by telephone on 07976 219 474.
• Our core days for now are Monday, Wednesday and Friday but we are free to help in any way we can as before.
This has been done to protect the health of workers, and also to reduce the burden on local and national health services. We hope these measures don’t cause inconvenience; it is, obviously, completely outside of our control, so we thank you kindly for your patience and understanding.
Reflecting on all this, we at Amplified Sound Ltd thank you for your support. We’d also like to thank any of you who are working in vital services such as the NHS, nursing homes, government, groceries, transport and delivery/fulfilment who are keeping things going at this difficult time.

Like everyone, we at Amplified Sound have been busily gathering as much information as possible about the impact of the recent outbreak of the Covid-19 Coronavirus. We know that events like yours may also be experiencing unexpected challenges, and we are committed to offering our services and support where we can.
